The cycling route will lead you through a landscape with a diverse natural habitat and cultural vista. It includes a number of noteworthy objects: a segment of boulder road, laid in the second decade of 19th century; the Sala School History study cabinet, where you will find not only very unique historical objects but also more recent domestic exhibit. You will also come across the Pormali Sudrabkalns, a major governing centre before our era until the late iron era and Zvejnieklicis (also called "the fisher bay”) recreational complex where you can enjoy sports and paddle in the waters of river Daugava. Further, the route will take you to the Ezernieki Weldstone, an ancient cult place. As the last point of route, we offer a Tinker horse breeding farm in Plavnieki.
